Susan Wright Beard is a born-and-bred Southern Baptist from Louisiana. She has a Master of Religious Education from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY and a Master of Social Work from LSU. Now a practicing Presbyterian, she is the author of two books about a rural Baptist Church with a woman minister. “You Can’t Be That” is the first book and “Savvy Seniors” is the second, both available at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle form..Both books are featured in the HTN Recommended readings.
