Readers of this blog know that novels aren’t the only place where written treasures are hidden in the narrative. Some are revealed in the chapters of a novella, the paragraphs of a short story, or the flow of a poem. My walking buddies and I decided to make a range of written material available to other hikers who frequent the Buffalo Creek Preserve and Trail.

About - Alberto Perez
I have always considered myself an artist. Had I applied myself when younger, perhaps I could have been a successful unappreciated dancer or musician. Perhaps I could have been an actor who executes deceit on stage to tell the truth. At the end, I choose be a writer and even though my first book –The Second Coming: The Arrival– was a struggle; perhaps it’s the journey that forges true strength and not the end results.
